They Are Coming Again!

Waiting for Great Lady and Great Sir who should be here soon to finish hanging the pictures. It is very exciting having them here. Maybe they will bring me a treat today. Usually it is very quiet here with My Lady working on her computer and Gentle Sir at work, but when the Greats are here, things really buzz. They even fixed brats for lunch. That is the little sausage brats, not the misbehaving children. They smelled so good, too. Love a taste of that. I may even get trimmed today. Gentle Sir is going to take us someplace to have it done--the groomer. Since this is a new place for us because we only moved here recently, I hope it goes well. Sometimes I have been done terribly and did not even want to go out for my walks. I will try to get a photo done if it looks good. Will get back tomorrow if I can. Love from Kheldar, the Yorkie.

They Are Here!

Here we are, Kheldar and Gabriel, waiting for Great Lady to give us a treat. Oh, it is good to have them here--both Great Lady and Great Sir, but it is really hectic now. They came into our new apartment and started moving furniture. Well, we could hardly go any place. We hid in the corner and watched them as they started to get things moved around and then began hanging the pictures My Lady has had sitting all over the house, waiting to be put up on the walls. First the "Last Waltz" picture went up, and "The Street of Broken Dreams." Then a whole series of drawings and art works by Son J, Daughter-in-Law V, and Daughter Val. Wow! They do really great work, and My Lady is so proud of her dear children. Then the horse picture went up next to the wall of wolves. It really looks terrific. They left to go back to their motor home promising to come back tomorrow to hang up My Lady's oil paintings that she has done. They go over the sofa so we won't be able to get in that area then. It really looks better, but what chaos it was here today. Great Sir took some more photos of us, but it will take a while to get them in the computer so I can show them to you. Cute. Will write more about it tomorrow. Love from Kheldar the Yorkie.

Still Waiting!

I am still waiting for Great Lady and Great Sir. It has been a long time, but they are worth it. They have had to come a long way I understand, but they will be staying here for a couple of weeks so we will have a ball. I can't wait, but I guess I will have to. My Lady is just in a twit she is so thrilled to have them coming. They are a very close family, you know, and I would not be anywhere if it were not for Great Lady. She has a special way with dogs. She, My Lady, and Great Sir have written a book together and are waiting for the proof copy right now. Imagine that! As soon as they get the proof copy, and that should be in a few days or next week, they will go over it together and then it should be ready for publication. I am so excited about that! I am anxious to hear all about the first dogs that My Lady had way back when. I will let you know as soon as the book is ready. Will write more when I can. Love from Kheldar the Yorkie.

Great Lady and Great Sir Are Coming!

I am excited and waiting at the door for Great Lady and Great Sir. They are on their way here to St. Louis. They have a motor home, and I hope to go see it when they arrive. I will try to get a picture in there. I am especially close to Great Lady, and I will be waiting right here until tomorrow when she should arrive. My Lady is very excited, too. I hear that they will probably go out to eat where I cannot go but they will bring me a treat. I am sure of that. I am thrilled to be on line again. My computer was not working what with the storm and all. Could not even get on the blog. I will try to do better from now on anyway. Let's hope we have had enough rain for a while. I just hate walking in the rain, getting all wet and having to come in and get rubbed dry. Once in a while is okay, but at every occasion when we go outside is just too much. However, rain or shine, My Lady bundles up and away we go. It is still gray but let us hope the rain stops now. Will write tomorrow. Love from Kheldar.
